Our commitment
Everyone who engages with Brainwaves NI should be treated with dignity, care and respect. Safeguarding concerns should be taken seriously and handled promptly in line with the charity’s approved safeguarding policy.
Immediate danger
If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. Do not use the website contact form for an emergency.
Raise a concern
Contact the charity office by phone or email and state that you need to report a safeguarding concern. Share only the information needed to explain the concern. The nominated safeguarding lead should follow the charity’s reporting procedures.
Review note
This webpage is a summary. Trustees should replace or supplement it with the charity’s current approved safeguarding policy, named safeguarding lead and reporting routes before publication.
